Quality award for Hallmark Electra Ltd
Following an independent assessment, Hallmark Electra has been awarded ISO 9001 certification. This prestigious certification, recognised world-wide, has only been awarded to about 5% of UK businesses and is supported by the government. Said a delighted Cherry Hall (MD) "We have always been proud of the service we offer our clients and the way we conduct our business." The award of ISO 9001 certification has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging standards on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries. Stephen Carter, who undertook the assessment for the QMS (Quality Management System), paid particular tribute to “the investment in people and training that enables Hallmark to provide an efficient service to their customers”.

As part of the ISO 9001 process, Hallmark asked its customers for feedback on their performance. "We were thrilled by the responses we received" said Cherry Hall, “over 95% of our customers rated us as good or excellent." The feedback comments were very positive. An outside Senior Operations Engineer commented that; ‘Having dealt with the Company for over 15 years, I have always received an excellent and professional response to my request for labour, installation of substation fencing, earthing projects, and especially fabrication of specialised “one –off” items. Hallmark staff have always strived to deliver to “as agreed” timescales with all on site works being carried out in a safe and controlled manner with associated Risk Assessments and Method Statements produced and adhered to.’ Hallmark has always been proud of it reputation of health and safety, but it was great to hear that our clients value the investment we have put into this cornerstone of our business philosophy.
